TGS 2009: New Dead Rising 2 Trailer; Is TIR A Multiplayer Mode?

The video is a little bit choppy but it is basically a 'promotional video' for TIR, which we mentioned in the earlier post. Emotions have been mixed about the new trailer since it is really not explained how this may be a backdrop for Dead Rising 2. People have made an assumption that this new trailer is promoting a new multiplayer mode that will be featured in Dead Rising 2, but this has not been confirmed.
