K well i know it was like a while ago that capcom got sued for deadrising copying some movie, but i never heard if they won or lost the case. anyone know what happened????

They just got forced to add some sticker on the coverart saying "This is not George.A.Romeros dawn of the dead" Something liek that.

capcom won the lawsuit as the judge ruled that "humans battling zombies in a shopping mall is a completely unprotectable concept" MKR lost.

Dawn of the Dead is my favorite movie but it and Dead Rising are different. The lawsuit was understandable though. George doesn't own any of his dead movies except for Diary and Survival and I guess he is just protective of his vision.
